• Experienced hydrological manager for investigation and modeling methods for ground water flow and transport conceptual design, feasibility, and operations for ground-water recovery and treatment systems
• Development of detection techniques for low-level environmental radionuclides, their occurrence, movement, and transport mechanisms in soils and ground water
• Phosphogypsum stack plant remediation, closure and restoration

Mr. Oural’s responsibilities include the management of a wide variety of hydrologic investigations. Mr. Oural has conducted local and regional investigations of water-supply potential and contaminant migration. He has specialized in the development of analytical and finite-difference methods of analysis for ground-water flow and transport modeling and has extensive experience in determining the conceptual design, feasibility, and the expected term of operation, for ground-water recovery/treatment systems.

• Developed finite-difference and analytical ground-water flow models for determining the feasibility, design, and the expected term of operation of remediation systems at hydrocarbon spill sites throughout the Southeast.

• Developed finite-difference models and analytical methods of contaminant-transport evaluation for the Love Canal Superfund Site.

• Conducted an investigation of radon concentrations in a major water-supply system in west-central Florida. Developed and implemented the analytical techniques used in the investigation.

• Preparation and execution of the closure plan and restoration of a phosphogypsum mining facility in the Midwest.

• Multiple hydrological investigations, both local and regional, including water supply and contaminant migration for industrial and municipal facilities.

• Development of conceptual design, cost estimations, feasibility, and application of remediation systems for several chemical mining power plants based upon data derived from the modeling programs developed for site specific investigations.
